Description

I have a new site at www.coolnetpet.com which is the test site. There are 4 forms on there:

tutorzone.php
recruitment.php
access.php
requesttutor.php

These are currently just html forms but need to be php forms. There are a few jobs which need doing on them:

1. Make sure that all asterisked questions are mandatory

2. Make sure each form has a name relevant to it and that each field has a relevant name

3. Use php to send the form by email using the server. I will also need to have easy access to be able to change the email address.

4. All uploaded, working to coolnetpet.com...I will transfer to proper url at a later date.

5. I need them all to have a thank you message pop up once the form has been submitted.

This needs to be done very urgently...preferably today. I am unfortunately in the middle of moving and do not have adsl connected yet at my new office, therefore I am using friends connection every now and again..so I need someone competent who wont need to ask me lots of questions and can get the job done quickly. I will be choosing someone within the next couple of hours and I will then need the job completed by tomorrow when i can get online again. I will give you ftp access.
