Project Goal:
-MySQL database created in C-panel
-Contact Form to input data into database and send email when submitted
-phpmyadmin

Contact Form Function
-Save form data into database / phpmyadmin
-downloadable to excel later on.
-form page to put on my website
-Must send an email when form is submitted
-Must show me how to view, download, and edit form/script in a simple tutorial.
-An action script in contact form that send submitted form to different email by different radio button selection. I have a sample script but it needs to be tweaked to work. You can provide own script.
