Description: I need someone to configure & test PHPList (www/phplist/com).
You must be able to show previous PHPList projects.

1. You will need to configure and test on your own environment, then provide me with the configuration file (for security reasons).
2. Support for email attachments is required.
3. Tracking of email delivery is required (where mail client allows).
4. Remove references to phplist & advert images.
5. Optimise batch sending and multiple recipients from same domain so spam blocking is not triggered.

This should be an hour job for the experienced, so I am not looking to pay more than $50.
