Description:	This is a competition. 1. Players must collect used parking card 2. Enter their details online, where they will be asked for a user name and password. 3 The competition lasts for 3 weeks 4. each player manually enters how many used parking card they have. For example; today you register and have 10 parking cards, tomoorow you have another 10 parking cards so you enter 20 parking cards. 5. There will be 12 teams/parishes and the top 5 players from each team being invited to the competition at a hotel. You can see the Parishes from this map link http://www.parish.gov.je/ 6. When you register you include the Parish you are in St Ouen St. Peter St. Mary St. Helier St. John etc As an example after the first week when people have registered there might be 10 players in St. Ouen showing the follow Players Number of card Player A 110 Player B 95 Player C 82 Player D 75 Player E 72 Player F 63 Player G 48 Player H 22 Player I 11 Player J 9 On the closing date only the top 5 players will be invited to the final at the top together with their uses parking cards to verify they have the amount of cards they say they have online.
