Description

I need drupal (or another CMS) installed for a political community blog setup. Linux/MySQL hosting.

I also need design work done for the site (design, banner, layout etc)

Features I need are:

-ability of multiple users to post articles
-comments for articles (nested and rated comments)
-polls within the site (no polldaddy or anything)
-insert videos (prefer video upload, but youtube as well)
-admin decide which articles to promote to front page
-each user gets a profile page that can be customized
-users can make groups amongst themselves and make groups public or private
-admins can ban users/delete articles/etc and perform other tasks
-rss/syndication available by user/topic and for the whole site
-tags on posts for categorization
-friendly urls
-image upload to posts

Also need areas to allow users to:

-donate to the site (and/or to select pols)
-flash or ajax electoral map to let people volunteer in states, find out about local issues, candidates, donate to them, volunteer, etc.

and i need to be able to add subsections as needed (and appear automatically in dropdown menus for navigation) or removed when needed as well.
