Description: 'm looking to create a used car listing site to be used by both dealers and individual listers.

I know what I want, but I'm obviously not as IT savvy as I'd like to be!
Project scope will be from web design to database creation.

Basically, looking for a stripped down version of http://www.collectorcartrader.com/ where:
Individuals can create a listing to sell their vintage car for free
Dealers can list a number of cars for a set fee
Users can search the inventory and contact the seller via message system

Basically a standard listing service that will focus on vintage / classic cars
Please provide a sample e-commerce / listing site that you have created in any quotes.
