Description: I need a clipshare custom template creator to customize my clipshare videosharing site in to a specific template design. I already had the template designed for me in psd file (adobe photoshop) and I am looking for someone to implement the design into my website. I want someone that is an expert at this and who has created custom clipshare templates. My budget for the project is $60 as the design part is already done, I just need the design some to implement the design.
