Description

We have a site that uses a couple Paypal buttons so that members can purchase credits through Paypal. The script adds the credits to their account on our website after the purchase is made. The problem is that for some reason the checkout page(Paypal) will not display the "Pay with credit card or bank account" link. It currently requires the user to have a Paypal account to complete the transaction.

I called Paypal and they informed me that we had to implement Paypal web payments standard instead of Express Checkout to have the "No Paypal account option".
