Description: To fix a creloaded installation.

1) the database password has been changed so you need to update it in the two config.php files

2) the site will not email password resets you will need to fix this.

3) the site will not email out newsletter likely same reason as above.

Simple project can be done quickly and easily for someone who knows there stuff
