Description:	NEEDED: A single programmer / project manager which will be a long term relationship with our company to install contributions and scripts written typically in mysql and php when ever we need them. Common sence is needed such as frequent backup and disaster recovery to protect our site from any down time. I'd prefer a replication of my site be moved to your computer or server where contributions and projects are tested on first and only after they are fully functional, move it over to our site if possible. OSCOMMERCE IS A GNU AND FREE CONTRIBUTIONS FOR WHAT EVER WE NEED DONE IS EASILY FOUND SO VERY RARELY DO WE NEED SOME CREATIVE PROGRAMMING WORK, BUT IT'S GOOD TO KNOW. Here is a link to OSC contributions so you can see how easy they are to work with http://addons.oscommerce.com/ On average, a single contribution which is already worked on, written, debugged and step by step instructions are available for you to assist in the installations make this project relatively easy. I personally am to busy and need an additional person I can depend upon to help me. On occasion, some slight website design or modification may be needed to just touch up the GUI from the front side but this isn't often. BIDDING PROCESS HERE: Well, this is a long term project with many jobs so unless you have another offer, I think since a job can be anywhere from 10 minutes to a couple hours, the best way to do this is to either pay by the hour or by the project where a price could be given for each as they are given. Feel free to bid how you wish and add complete details in the PM clearly stating how you would invoice and how your quality and experience would be better than that of anyone else bidding. BONUS: I hire providers from all over the world, but would pay a bit more for someone close enough to me to meet up with me in person once a week at my office here state side in San Bernardino County, Southern California, USA just to have the security of one on one explanations of each job but is not necessary so do not be discouraged if you are not close.
