Description:	Project : (1)Install the TYPO3 open source CMS (PHP/MySQL based) for two small web sites (currently static web pages). (2)Provide simple counseling on how to build the new page templates for the CMS. Possibly help me build one template or two (3)Give some feedback on the choice of TYPO3 as a CMS (I believe I am making the right choice, but if you have feedback it is welcome). Remark : I will migrate the content of the current web sites to the CMS myself. This will be a good exercise for me in order to master their interface and capabilities. So you are not required to carry out this migration work. Remark : I cannot precisely estimate myself the time needed to complete this job. So the budget mentioned is just an indication. I want this to be a fair deal for both parties. Please estimate by yourself how much time you think the job will take you. My Background : (1) These two static web sites are : www.retourvital.com www.aritma.net I have made them completely by myself (2) Aritma.net is my priority (TYPO3 is multi-sites, so both can be handled at the same time though). (3) The bid deals with a standard installation of the TYPO3 CMS, but I intend after the bid is completed to enable more advanced features : full potential of the CMS and of "web2.0" capabilities. So other bids will follow after this one is completed. My long term objective for Aritma is to build an active community of users of the site. (4)I have been responsible of program management of a software editor for several years (www.pertinence.com). So I understand how to specify software, state precisely what I need, interact with programmers. All the software projects I have managed were technical successes. (5)I build web page templates with dreamweaver, code pages in HTML/CSS, but I have no practical experience of PHP programming, MySQL, and administration in Linux (the server of my web hoting is in Linux). Also I have no time to do any programming or complex administration. Requirements for you : I require that you : - have practical experience of PHP, MySQL, Linux administration, building Web sites. - can communicate in English with me. The following would be a plus : - practical experience of CMS installation / implementation - even better : practical experience of successfully installing / implementing TYPO3 based CMS projects, even small ones. - being able to communicate in French - communicating by phone with SKYPE instead of regular phone (important saving for international calls) - not a too big time difference with France (no more than 5 hours) is better
