Description:	My max budget on this project is $150, but I need this done on 3 different projects this week, and on another two next week. Here's what I need done: I have a client who needs to add a forum and a blog to his existing system. There's not too much design work needed here - a couple banners on the right hand side and one up above. He wants the user to be able to register, and have access to both a personal blog and forums. He needs to have in his dashboard things like, "Edit Past Blogs" and "Create New Blogs" and the such. He needs to be assigned a personal url for instance: www.example.com/blogger1 He also needs to automatically have access to the forum. Here are some basic features/requirements: Register Login Forget Password Change Password Browse Forums Post Reply on forums Search Blogs Browse Blogs - (Lists blogs titles, short description and link to the blog page) Post comments on blogs Create My Blog (Categories, Pages, Links) Edit My Blog View Unapproved Comments View Approved Comments Logout Administrator Control Panel Features Secure Login Change Password View Registered User's account details Add New Forum View, Delete, Delete Forums View Topics opened by registered users - (Ability to allow, reject new topic request, if allowed, topic will be shown to users else not) View messages posted by registered users in forum (ability for admin to Block message, normally its displayed by default) Blogs Manager (View blogs, block, suspend, delete blog etc) Compose/Save Newsletter using WYSIWYG editor Broadcast Newsletter to registered users who subscribed to receive newsletters WYSIWYG editor for other static pagse like About, Policy etc Logout This is pretty standard stuff.
