Areas and Key Features Needed For My Web Store Website Are The Following Listed Below:

I need a Webmaster that is skilled preferably in Hand Coding PHP versus Macromedia whom is able to communicate well, follow directives well; also a Webmaster who can read, proof read, and completely understand the written American Language is needed. This is very important, all others need not apply. I am a fun and friendly person to work with, however I am very picky as to what I want on my website. Key Features Needed Are The Following:

A Photo Gallery / Photo Album Application installed with link for my customers to upload their home aquarium pictures to submit for photo contest. An example of a platform that would be suitable would be COMDEV PHP Scripts.

Panorama Player Software (360 Panorama Lite 6.1) that I already have, installed with link to include the Picture of a Full Aquarium Set up for customers/users to view and pan around to get the full feel of an aquarium set up.

Spanish Translation, and possibly French Canadian language translator software installed with appropriate links.

Site Coding needs some current adjustments to make it completely compatible with most site browsers including FireFox, Opera, Safari, IE6, IE7, and the New IE8 (Beta Version Now Out)

Site Coding has areas that will need height, width and alignment adjustments

New Forum platform needs to be installed...Open Source is fine as long as it is the newer versions with less hacks and security issues...preferably one you have tested and used and installed before would work nicely. Avatars need to include Fish, or Any Aquatic Related Animals.

For my shopping cart software which is ECommercePlus...category items along with descriptions and images still need to be inputted.

There are a few other small aspects that need to be touched up also. Please email me if you are a talented, skilled, hand coder only. The current budget posted for bidding can and will be increased as needed or as deemed fit for quality, fast efficient work.
