This project is being reposted due to a GAF developer not being able to do the work (HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL). We have had many cowboys who have claimed to be able to do this work. As you will appreciate, our patience is growing thin. Therefore, before bidding - please:

1. Read the specification (GAF.rar - attached)
2. Ask any questions

In summary - the project requires

1.Changing the layout of an OSC template that we have purchased. We have designed a new layout in photoshop - PSD files will be provided.
2. Making amendments to the OSC Code
3. Adding OSC Contributions
4. You will be expected to use our server as the testing server - therefore you will have to install and make the webioste work on the server.

Payment will be made by GAF escrow.

Please only bid if - You have significant OSC/PHP experience. We will expect you to adhere to the timeframe - extensions will not be granted.

DO NOT BID IF YOU ARE BASED IN THE PHILLIPINES. YOUR BID WILL BE DISREGARDED.
