Description

I have a script that I need changed around to look like a template. The changes must be done from inside the backend of the script so that the pages propogate throughout -- this shouldn't be hard since there is full control from the admin backend but I am having trouble working with it as well as trouble with time. Anyone who has configured a basic script before and gave it a brand new look please do apply for this, but to be selected I NEED to SEE examples of this stuff being done before. My budget for this is $50 - $75 the person chosen must speak english enough to understand what I'm asking, but a fluent speaker is NOT needed.
