Description

We would like to open news site like cnn, bbc that give a complete news from world, politics, sports, gosip and so on. we want to make all the cms from zero and we more prefer
to those who are working with their own teams as we dont it finish too long.
Please apply if you know you can and have 95% design skill, we do have bad experience on it so we would like to be more carefull now.

1. Homepage design could be customize like vivanews.com or bbc.co.uk and everyone could drag and drop the widget, it is a ajax framework which you could find free outthere
2. every category would have different css design, example on racing category we would put racing car for example.
3. cms should be easy to use
4. cms should be seo friendly
5. all the code should be optimized to reduce load.

the detail information would be given after i choose programmer.
It would be good if you can give me portofolio on news site if you had done before, if not then dont just copy paste any portofolio list, i wont read it.
