Description

I need a very simple database driven script, where in i can enter all my family memebers details in it.

Details are attached in excel sheet attached. MY BUDGET IS ONLY $30

I need it in next 2 hours. So if u can not deliver in 2 hours, please do not BID.

I know its very simple but i do not have time now to work on this.

What i want is simply

1. add / delete / edit / update / single admin login to control data

2. Search for the person to display the result as shown in my attachment of excel sheet.

3. down i need next record and previous record for browsing,

4. Pagination for all records offcourse will come for the results.

5. Photo passport size to be entered to be auto scaled to fit into our size...

Please keep it simple so that i can make the looks as i need it.
CSS please mention so i can change fonts, size, colors etc for Table, Headers, Inside text.



I hope you got what i need.

WIll need complete script, with sql for tables creation and database setup....
