Description

This project will be created in a language that will work across multiple cities for each sales representative in my division.

These sales reps located in different cities are sent inventory from our headquarters. I need an application to organize the following:

1) Headquarters Inventory Level - Our inventory location has a basic inventory system that can be entered into the system and stored with a couple different attributes such as name, QTY, brand, model number, color, bin location. No extensive attributes, only physical aspects of the product with a notes field.

2) These items will be sent to the sales reps in the field. The ability to create an inventory transfer that would remove items from headquarters inventory to the sales reps dashboard within there login. HQ/Sales rep has ability to change status of inventory (sending, receiving with a notes field on the transfer)

3) The sales rep receives inventory and acknowledges accuracy of the inventory transfer. These sales reps sell these items locally to customers and I need a way to show what they sold that day, how much $ they collected and sync up daily activity.

This project need to be clean, user friendly and with GUI kept in high priority per user best practices. Proficient in understanding our needs and executing in a timely manner. We would like to start with this project and with the right company, additional phases will be desired.

Other wise we can manage this project using PHP script and MySql. Here is the steps Step1: Headquarters Inventory Level - Products will be added based on different attributes such as name, QTY, brand, model number, color, bin location. Step 2:Search felicity: Based on the product features we will implement a keyword search system. Step 3: Based on the inventory management as you mention in the scope we will follow every stapes also we will create a user friendly interface to accelerate the functionality including the dashboard. it will be more clear to you when we will discusses with a detail flow chart, so I am waiting for your response.
