1. Add drop down rollover behaviors to buttons in top navigation bar:
EVENTS: YOUR SAY: MEMBERS: ADVERTISE
2. Add Div to left column on homepage that displays custom content
3. Changes to filter Promotions Screen
4. Hide the Country and State drop down menus
