I'm needing a startup ecommerce site done in Presta Shop. Need full template design ( I will give you sites to go off).

PayPal Gateway.

Also need fully Americanized if that's even a word. I have had others locally try to work with PrestaShop but they can never get it away from being geared towards UK.

Don't have much time and on a tight budget.
