Description

Hi.

I am looking for someone that can develop a similar escrow payment system like getafreelancer are using.

Guidelines:

- Updating account balance (adding founds, withdrawing founds)
- paypal, mooneybookers etc.
- transfer founds from balance account to a desired item
- percentage fee added on users balance on usage
- secure system

Basicly a similar payment system that getafreelancer are offering their users for a buy and sell website.

Website will be setup like this:
- Users buy and sell items.
- similar bidding, acceptance and payment like getafreelancer (add founds -> transfer founds -> acceptance).
- items are sorted in categories (main category -> Sub category -> Item)


I am basicly looking for someone with high experience with ajax web2 and general creating an excellent user experience. So if you do not have any web2 knowledge, please do not use any of my time bidding on this project. If you are an experienced developer, with experience developing web2 apps and have a good understanding/experience with different API's used to develop such a system, please drop your bid.

If the price is right, I will consider using the same developer for the whole system (all source/db related work -> Except design, styling), please make bid accordingly if you are an experienced developer.

Also, I will not tolerate any developer that are unable to stick to a basic timeframe on project start -> End.
