I currently have a script that I would like to have modified in 3 ways

#1 The template of the software is stored in the database. I would like a new addition added to the admin area where the different templates can be edited, in case people would like to change the design

# 2 I need my software to be encrypted. When this is down, I will need a link at the footer of each page to say "Powered by co.mment.me"

# 3 - License // billing area

I need a separate area created that will make this software to be used as license only for downloads. The software will need to be modified that you will have to purchase a license to use it. In the new area, people will need to pay by paypal, googlecheckout, cash, or money order. When they pay a license will be generated. They should be able to pay by monthly or yearly. I will need to be able to set the price. If they do not pay again after 30 days the license will need to be suspended until they pay again.

There will need to be an option where they have to set 1 IP address and a domain name where the software is located at.

I would like it so that they can buy as many licenses at they want.

Via this seperate area they will need to be able to register a username and password with an email address.

I also need the ability to suspend licenses manually.
