Description

I operate a small cell phone collection & recycling service that plants a tree for each cell phone collected in my community.

I'm looking to expand my service to also include a cellular contract transfer facility, similar to cellclients.com and cellswapper.com, but of course better with auction & reverse-auction style facility for cash incentives.

My current host is large, well known provider & I will retain services of this host.

Required elements:

Fresh design, standards based valid css/xhtml & php code
Must be able to migrate existing site (wordpress based) into new site, capable of blog updates.
Secure sections, members area, guest browse - similar to eBay.
Logo refresh required, my company will hold all rights to artwork created, no royalties will be paid.
Logo must also be supplied in vector format for print.
Feedback system based on old eBay standards (when sellers could leave negative feedback).
Dispute resolution system.
Must be able to handle images as well as video listings posted on youtube.
Integration with Commission Junction / Merchant Circle / Adwords
Facility to collect payment via paypal for listing items
mySQL driven backend
Sellers will have ability to sell on either flat rate basis or insertion & closing fee.
Must be completely seo friendly - no unintelligible urls
Require regular uploads to Google base
RSS feeds
Integration with Facebook (possibly creation of social app)
