Description:	I am going to need a website for a startup company. The website is going to consist of five pages: three text/image based pages and two php/form submission-based pages. It is a very simple and straightforward website design. The main page will have the company information. It will have a lot of text and some images pertinent to the nature of the business (real estate investments). The form-based pages will need a PHP form that will send the details of the user to my desired email address. The other two pages will be text and image based with no forms. I will supply all the content information in a word document. We have a logo designed and can provide it for use on the website. REQUIREMENTS: It is IMPERATIVE that the designer understands our vision in design and feel. We want a sleek, web 2.0 look. We want a look that screams professional yet modern. Easy to navigate GUI. Clean code. Basic SEO. Please reply with your Portfolio, Name, Contact details, previous experience and any additional info that I may have forgotten.
