Description

We have a very simple web site we want to set up. We already have the design. Currently most of the content is static in nature. But we would like to have the ability to change the text on the fly. So we would like to use an OpenSource CMS system to host the content, preferably Joomla or Drupal.

Attached is the current design.

It is important that the site looks EXACTLY like the design. (The sign-up button is pink in the design and somehow got lost when exported to PDF. Other than that, the design is pretty much what's in the pdf)

We would like the site to be up and running by Jan 11th. It's a little tight. Please consider your availability.
