Set up Google Adsense on small PHP site (GA-05)

We need a PHP specialist to perform the following work on a web site.

1. Attach our google adsense account number exclusively to the site and verify

that it is functioning correctly.
2. Same as above but with Amazon affiliates account number
3. Verify all links are resolving correctly. ie. Check that link for "a" goes

to page "a" and not "b". Make corrections as required.
4. Evalute and report on page SEO readiness, make changes as required
5. Basic SE Submission - top 5 Search engines
6. Work with us to create a basic site map (6-12 pages, we create the map, you

verify)
7. Implement our "Terms of Use" page
8. Implement our "Contact us" page

Bid Submission Notes:
This not a big project, bids over $50 will be ignored. We don't prepay

anything ever. All payments through GAF escrow. 50% on mock up. 50% on final.

We always expect to be able to work with GAF service providers in the future.
