Description: Dear Freelancers;
We are from Turkey and we decided to work with a freelancer in India for our projects. We have a lot of projects for online games. We need a freelancer who knows much things about php, can make everything with php, works with vbulletin.

*We want to make a contract for 1 year. We guarentee we'll send money to freelancer 1 year (we can talk it with freelancer)
*We will send money every 15 days.
*We will give extra money for every project done.

*The freelancer would be expected to work 40 hours a week
*The freelancer will give report everyday to us about his/her workings.

*We are planning to give 250$ everymonth to freelancer.
*We are planning to give extra money for every projects which is done. It's up to project. Minumum will be 20$ , maximum 50$
*If we make scripts for sell in Turkish Market we'll give give extra money to freelancer (Our plan is for future is that after we finish our current projects)

If freelancer is ill , if freelancer has problem and cant be online or cant finish project he/she needs to inform us before.
We care with our projects too much. So if freelancer says "I will finish this project at X day he/she has to finish it"
We want to work very professional. If we are happy with freelancer we'll work with her/him long.

Freelancer and we will talk on MSN , Skype . So freelancer must accept this. We are sure all freelancers will work for other projects too. We'll make a plan and we'll follow this plan if we cant follow our plan we will cancel agreement. Freelancer must know he'll work 40 hours a week for us. We use vbulletin system so much in our projects. So i say again. Programmer needs to know vbulletin and can work with it.
