Description: I need to update freediskspace.com to be more user friendly on the backend/admin part. I would like the admin section to make it easy to upload new graphics, videos, generators, codes, etc - everything MySpace.. Plus make it easy to add categories and/or subcategories..

Also, optimize the site better for search engines. it is currently ranked very high on some key terms but i'm sure could be better.. the site is currently written using 'frames' and if it will not affect search engine positioning, i would like it rewritten without 'frames.

With any changes, i absolutely do not want the current search engine placements and traffic to change negatively.
