Description:	Hello, We are an IT company and we have many projects that we have to outsource, we are looking for a professional team to do SEO and link building. Currently we want 500+ one-way, non-reciprocal links from pages with a Google PR4+ on myspace related sites. Requirements: 1. Link page should only from English language sites 2. Link page must be search engine friendly, i.e. no redirects, cloaking, etc 3. Page must not be excluded by robots.txt and the anchor text must not contain the rel=nofollow tag. 4. - No FFA, guest books, links within forums, links within newsgroups or links farms, Links from link exchanges etc. and never participate in any commercial web rings or link exchange programs, from bad neighborhoods (porn or other offensive websites) and no more than 20 outbound links on each web page (where link is placed) 5. Prefer high ranking sites verified by Alexa 6. No sites banned by google. 7. No software to be used for listings, manual submissions only please. 8. No link schemes, NO blog comments, No directories, No forums, No ping sites, 9. Must be static links only. No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links or links on any site that seems to have incurred a Google penalty. Only ethical work will be accepted. 10. No links from porn, drugs, hacker, illegal, or other offensive sites 11. All the links must be on main page of each site. 12. All links should be free and not paid and not in the footer as well. 13. All links must be from a different domain. 14. Links must be in text, no graphics. All links must be approved by me before you place the link. Please send me an excel sheet including, the site's URL, site PR. After you have placed our link, you will need to send a report in excel format with the site's URL, site PR, and anchor text used for our link. We reserve the right to reject sites that do not meet our terms and will require you to add suitable replacement links instead. Provider must provide example sites and references in USA. Please note: we currently have over 20 projects that we are interesting in outsourcing some, this is a long term relationship not one time job. we will try with one site, if we are happy we will give you more sites, the site is based on myspace resources. Provider must be avaliable by chat skype or yahoo. -- payment -- 30% after 2 days when you complete placing all the links -- remaining 70% after when google cached 50% of the linked sites.
