Description: I would like a user membership system with points developed.

Users sign up and verify email address. They receive a link with their unique URL which they can refer others to become members. When a new user signs up under the referral link, the original member receives 10 points in his account for every new member he signs up. Also, the member receives 50 points in his account for completing an offer (like free stuff referrals script) and 20 points for each member under him that completes the offer. When user reaches 1000 points, he can request a prize etc. Admin panel also required. More specifications then this. Ajax pages would be nice
