Description: The project is a library for scripts (codes written in all programming languages) the main site is to allow registered members (registration for free) to insert new codes with code name, description, code and the language of the code.
users will be allowed to search in code name, description , code lang or code itself.
I also need an admin pages that will allow me to add new languages. have access to all the languages saved in the database.

additional page, is for companies where they need to register and post challenging problems with a prize for the first solver.
users who access this page must be paid users (not free membership)

the languae should be either PHP or ROR
