general info:
i need to create a public proxy server but the users should be authenticated by username and password.

user is identified by:
username
password
number of pc

action possible :
add user
delete user
modify user
restart squid

i need a simple webpage from where perform the action described above.

if a users use more than 1 pc, than him and only him will be able to connect to the proxy from different pc accordling with number specified.
