Description: I have a clipshare-based project. Its a youtube-clone like other pages around the internet. I have a batch-processing script which was a mod by a freelancer. The script reads out a list of given links from other clipshare portals and fetches the video into my system. But the quality of the mencoder generated file is so bad.

1.) Perhaps you can fix that. Because the normal-upload file (upload.php) does a good thumbnail. But the batch-script doesn't it nice.

2.) I want a script which reads out a folder on my server and batch process them into *.flv and reads out the filename and inserts it to my mysql table.

There is already a batch-script which is done in php and batch via python. So you can choose if you want to work on it or create a new batch script.
