Auto-torrent-upload script THROUGH IRC BOT

grab a file from ftp when it gets released(scene ftp) create .torrent

upload to private site putting torrent into right cat and nfo. Add a custom msg to the end of the torrent title. upload to the tracker through IRC BOT.
