WE WILL PROVIDE THE PAGE DESIGN. YOU WILL CODE AND ADD ALL FUNCTIONALITY. WEBSITE 1 page website where there is a header banner, a TITLE, an IMAGE and some TEXT and below that some INPUT FIELDS. You put various items of information in and submit. The INPUT FIELDS get written to a database along with DATE and TIME of submission and relevant TITLE. ADMIN We need 1 Admin page where we can change the TITLE, IMAGE, TEXT and VALIDITY in order to update the page. Also we need to be able to download the database in Excel format. FUNCTIONALITY If for a given TITLE (we will change the title each week) the VALIDITY is set to 1 then if more than 1 person tries to register using the same POSTCODE and HOUSE NUMBER as someone else, a message will come up saying "Sorry, this offer is valid only for 1 person per household. Another person with the same address has already applied." If the VALIDITY is set to 2 then if more than 2 people try to register from the same ZIP CODE and HOUSE NUMBER, a message will come up saying "Sorry, this offer is valid only for 2 person per household. Another person with the same address has already applied." etc. EMAIL An Email gets automatically sent to users once they register.
