Description

I need a work order report for DotProject. This would basically be a report that looks like task view with an area to write in:

Number of People on task
Status of Task
Problems with Task

The link for this "report" would be on the task view and the report output itself would be PDF format.

I am calling this a "report" because that is basically what it is, it will be called a "work order" when installed.
