Short Description:

We need to have developed by best bidder a web based quote system for our photographic studio including some basic CRM functions and integration of them to webERP maintaining webERP code architecture
(low server resource spending, security) but making it more intuitive.


Features needed for System in detail:

BASIC CRM FEATURES

Suspect/prospect photo portfolio oriented email send system for promotion with questions / answers tracking system

Basic CRM features you can propose (you may integrate a simple
Open source modified CRM system into webERP if that lowers cost)
but please maintain it simple, basic and maintaining webERP light weight and quick process webERP code architecture)


QUOTE /ESTIMATE SYSTEM
Integration of quote link in webERP that can make quotes exactly the same as our current local (not web based) system does:

(We provide fully functional and tested local quote system currently in use in our studio (only for showing him/her the data flow needed)

In current quotation system salesman (producer) enters:

Service description

example : photo session

Then enters a price and a cost for it getting provider from provider data base (cost oriented quote system) this cost will be reflected in
webERP purchase order to , for example the photographer in charge of this session after aproval of quote.


System adds profit % , tax , agency commission and producer commission in a service per service calculation included in quote.

add another service: for example : image retouch (same thing, price, cost, tax, etc)

and so on (producer can add many services that are given in one quote, fir example, hairstyle, models, technical production, props and so on)


Then Calculates Total

Producer selects between sending "closed" (not showing item by item price) or opened (showing Item by item price) to costumer (agency , that first was a suspect , then a prospect and then a costumer (in basic CRM requested integration jaergon) e-mail

we need mail sent with attached PDF file and html versions (selectable)

INTEGRATION AND CUSTOMIZATION TO/OF WEBERP

Aproved quotes must go into webERP ledgers system, but first, once quote is approved producer must be able to transform quote into project and then close it entering payments to providers (models, hairdresser, catering people and so on , that were added in a provider by provider basis in original quote system) and send a closed project (approved and final payments to providers checked) (closed project per closed project) information to accountting dept. of studio in order to make payments to providers once costumer pays.

Some customization of webERP is needed in order to take off some funtionalities that it has as: transportation fees and others at it is product retail oriented ERP not service oriented, in order to maintain system simple to use for our people
and can strictly fit to our photographic studio needs.

If you think other Open source systems could fit better for fulfilling
this bid , please propose them.
(We are not willing to use vtiger, sugarthing, etc or any complex CRM
solutions as they are server resources consuming scripts and not very intuitive)

Main requirement is to maintain system light weighed, low resources server consuming and simple to users.

PD 2 We need to have this same functional system running in our linux enterprise server PHP version 5.2.5 / MySQL 5.0.45 or PostgreSQL7.4.19-1.el4_6.1 installed

but first running on winner-of-this-bid-developer server until completion for testing purposes so his/her code is safe until aproval.
