Premise and Needs:
Coupon Website is being developed as an on-line business that has not been done to the extent being planned. It’s target is community businesses with built in guarantees for the “merchant”, greater flexibility, while being cost effective. Revenue projections for the US market exceed 78,000.000 with a reasonable revenue achieved by the end of year the first 6 – 12 months @ $1,965,000 net and 2nd year between 20 and 40 million net. This model is also scalable worldwide. The infrastructure that is needed is a technology partner to build and maintain the back end. The overall structure is technology driven with a minimal amount of people to drive this to success. We have written all the requirements over these past 3 months and by the end of this month expect to start on the front end.

Internship Website – 80% built although needs more technology functions and a career piece that has been thought through. This would be a natural viral leader to reach the consumers (students). Additionally, this is on its own could win market share over the other job/ career/ internship sites. It eventually can also reach smaller businesses and be “the website” for postings worldwide at far below current market prices.

Both have great residuals and once they are stable – 3-5 years max – sold or maintained by employees with the principals being more consultants.
