Hello, I need an individual to create a program that will cheat votes on two separate toplists so that my website is at the top of these each and every time. I'm willing to pay for the use of decaptcha.com if you would like to use it to break the captchas. The toplists I need to cheat are posted in the additional information.

... I Dont believe you need a captcha for these sites, atleast one. I have plenty experience in cheating topsites, and could make this work for you in a matter of days.
