Description

I need a program or simple script written to download a website from archive.org. The program/script will remove all archive.org tags in the code, and download all files from their server into one root directory. The downloaded website should be complete as it is on archive.org, and able to be uploaded without further code modification.

I dont care if this is a software program or a script, but I am running a MAC OS-X so a script is preferred.

Hi, I've got a lot of experience with using Perl (in past jobs in the field), and scraping websites. Perl makes it quite simple really to scrape sites and selectively replace data (i.e. update URLs, stripping out archive info, etc) and I'm positive I can write an effective application for you quickly. A Perl script would run happily on your Mac. This is my first time freelancing here, but I hope you consider my proposal as I'm positive I can prove my worth!
