Description
I am looking for someone who can create a php script that can lookup Spotify (http://developer.spotify.com/en/libspotify/docs/) songs in a batch based on song title + artist or only song title and store the Spotify URI to a sql db. I would also like the script to be able to build a spotify playlist from those songs and store the playlist URI to an sql db. If an exact song (track and artist) is not available, but the track is available from another artist/s I would like it to lookup the song with the highest rating and use that instead. An example would be if you lookup "Carolina on My Mind" "James Taylor" , no results are returned. However looking up just "Carolina on My Mind" returns 4 versions of the song with Tony Orlando & Dawn with the highest rating. Spotify have their own API - http://developer.spotify.com/en/libspotify/docs/ that makes all this possible.

Just to add some further info to hopefully clarify a bit:
I would like for a user on my site to be able to paste in a list of Songs and Artists (in format "Song - Artist" or even just "Song") into a php submit box and for this script to then process the list and return the user with a page of Spotify URI's for each song + a Spotify Playlist URI for all the songs together. If a song is available but with a different artist then the highest rated song/artist is chosen. The higher the maximum on number of songs permitted the better. Further to that I would then like for each song and its URI to be stored in an sql database and each playlist and its URI to also be stored in an sql database. Taking a quick look through their available API, this all appears quite possible but of course I will leave that in the experts hands!
