Description

Hi,

I have designed an instant messaging service that will be hosted at sparkims.com. All the designs have been done. I just need a brilliant coder.

Must be able to implement these:

Voice communication between users
Webcam
Let users see each others screen
Remote desktop
Upload a picture as themself
Smiley Icons to add to text

Requirements are as follows:

Fluent english.
Has a skype account so we can easily communicate.
Has done major projects before.
Knows coding back to front (PHP, HTML will be the main ones used).

There will be a forward payment of 10% once person has completed first part of project. Will pay rest when I am satisfied with project. I will pay through bank deposit or paypal.
