Description

I have a form located at http://74.54.129.167/ -- The form uses Javascript to check if fields are filled in correctly.

Please check out the area where a person will choose what kind of year,make, and model of car they have.

What I need someone to do is to take my list of cars (see Attachment) and if any of the particular year, make, and model of any of the cars in that spreadsheet is chosen on the form, it should tell the user "We are sorry but we currently do not have any buyers in our network seeking to make an offer on this type of vehicle." After it says this in an alert, the user should NOT be able to submit the form. Please note that the current form structure must still remain intact and the form should still have matching fields when it submits.

Please only bid if you have experience with forms and javascript embedded into forms.
