Description: I need php script, where users can subscribe with their email, when they subscribe
affiliate-id-email-address-ip-date-time-referer
will be logged and saved in db, activation request will be sent to their email address
when email is activated, we will do postback with subroutine to affiliate script (affiliate script is installed) .
small modification of affiliate script required - affiliate script is written in perl.

php, perl, mysql and maxmind mod_geoip

installation of maxmind mod_geoip is required.

I can provide basic description trough PM and full description over
email after bid was accepted.
