Description

Hello Freelancers.

I have an existing website that needs a makeover. I need someone to redo the programming. When completed, this page must be able to perform the following:

Allow users to create a profile when payment via Paypal is completed. Profile to allows paying users to sign on and modify account settings.

Allow public users to cast a vote in categories and make the votes count in a weekly ranking. Vote once per day tracking IP address. Also needs to record and place in a yearly / weekly standing.

Voting subjects to expire after 1 year of voting.

Voting subjects need to be placed into 12 categories (red), (blue), (green) etc. All categories will be identical except the subject.

Replace/rebuild my admin page keeping website security in mind. Admin must be able to control and modify all entries.

Bidders will also be chosen by how well they describe them selves. When bidding, please tell me about this project, ideas you can provide, and maybe show some examples
I am not interested in how big your firm or team is.

Bidder will have full access of my server for development and hosting.

I prefer someone who can contact me via chat and be in contact when I am online.

I prefer someone who can start when the bidding is complete.
