need a exact server version of RSS Submit desktop software. if you dont know what it is or does, download a free trial at:

would like the feeds it submits to be stored in a mysql db for resubmit at a later date - stored by date of submission.

must be able to post to all the rss submit feed sources or most

must be able to handle hundreds of feeds

must work on web server apache either linux/windows based (ok if windows not working).

please pm your ideas or questions. please post a relavant bid regarding this project, NOT your companies generic history, etc.
