Description: On line rates calculator - NEW - AMENDED

SORRY if you saw the former post of same project - I left out the link so here is the full version.

The project is part of a 10 part tender. Each part is self contained. Therefore different programmers with different skills (and charge out rates) can be awarded parts. In the end, the programmer with the best work in the 10 parts will get a part time job as system administrator for a monthly retainer/salary.

PLEASE make sure you read the next link and understand the nature of the work as all facets must be completed for your tendered price.

Payment is via Pay-Pal. Please read my references - you will see I am a good payer and my specifications are (usually) precise. You will not be asked to do work outside the tender.

The law governing the relationship is the law of Australia - this is to standardize the agreement as I employ part time programmers and graphic artists on different jobs from different countries already. SEE CLAUSE BELOW.
