Description: we are looking to have an application made in sybian and java that enables call through abilities via the sim direct. i.e. when all calls are made from the mobile phone a prefix number and pause is added automatically. A simular application acn be found at www.celcall.com named Roamcall. We need this app to be sent via a sms update and would prefer tw types, 1 that amends the sim directly and another that can be used as an application.
