Description: I would like to build a duplicate site of hotornot.com. But it does not have to be exactly the same. I did a lookup on google with the search term "hotornot scripts" and found that there is a lot of software out there that I can use.

Here is the requirement:

1. I want the system done in php with mysql DB

2. I would like you to take a look at several of these software packages and make assesment, then make suggestion to me as to which one you think is a good one. I can also pay for license for the software so that you can install it, if it is not a free package. I will make selection of the software that I like the best.

3. You will install and build the system on your server.

4. The system has to be tested so that it can properely handle Japanese characters/Japanese writing

5. The system has to have the levels of login, the same as the real hotornot.com system: A. user login B. moderator login (and the system has to have moderator ability. If you do not know what this is, please read about it on the hotornot.com site) and C. Administrator login (the place where I administer the system)

6. Once we have tested, checked and approved that it is working correctly, you will upload it onto my server.

7. Once I have tested that it is working properly and correctly on my server, I will make payment.

I will also require that you sign NDA about the work we do and that all the code you make and write is of my ownership.
