You have Beta Software complete, I find Investors 4 usYou have Beta Software complete, I find Investors for us and manage and become CEO of USA based company and we place the technology inside this new company which will be funded by investors.
What you must have or be willing to do:
1. Software in alpha or beta version, able for me to demo to USA investors. Software as a service
2. World class idea and growing market segment
3. Willingness to trust and get involved in a larger team,
4. Ability to give the Management to our team in USA
5. Software or webservice Software as a service on the web that has a huge potential market
6. Potential to virally market the product on the web
7. Maybe web based, ajax, or even cell phone based.
8. Must be demo ready
I will bring us investors. We can grow this into a large company. We will use the investment money to improve the product and create USA based sales and marketing organization. You and your team will become partners in the project with me and the investors.
Must be world class technology.
Must be alpha version complete or able to get demo version BEFORE the investors see it.
